Design for the Monday after

A room can feel productive while leaving the system untouched. Energy is not evidence. The test is whether the session changes a decision, an artifact, or a pattern of work.

Give the room a real job

Name the output and the owner before designing the agenda. Every activity should produce evidence, make a choice, or improve something that will be used.

Carry the work across the threshold

End with decisions, open questions, and the next operating moment—not a photograph of the wall.
